2. Experience letters from previous employers (if you have them. If you do not have them now, we will need them at the time of filing your I-140 application)
3. All educational documents including marks sheets and training certificates.
4. Copies of 3 most recent pay statements and W-2 forms.
Visa documents, I-94 card, and all passport copies. 5. Educational Transcripts (All diplomas and transcripts)
6. Copy of previously filed labor certification (if applicable)
7. Copy of I-140 Approval (If applicable)
8. In addition to Work Visa documents, copies of all related Approval Notices (Ex: ALL H1b Approval Notices, Form I-797A, Notice of Action)
9. I-20 documentation, information regarding CPT/OPT including EAD cards (if applicable)
10. Previous Experience letters (If you have any already with you)
